Includes a printed presentation certificate from Architect of the Capitol J. Brett Blanton, in part: “This is to certify that the accompanying flag was flown over the United States Capitol on November 3, 2020. The flag was flown at the request of the Honorable Donald S. Beyer, Jr., Member of Congress, to commemorate the 59th presidential election. On this historic occasion, Joseph R. Biden was elected President of the United States and Kamala D. Harris became the first woman, first African American, and first South Asian American to be elected Vice President of the United States." Accompanied by the original box. This is not autographed.
