This is a March Field Army Base visit commemorative envelope signed by Earhart, it is also counter signed by the Army Air Corps, first ever General of the Army Air Corp, Hap Arnold ! The other signed pieces are a photo and pilot certification of Earhart that are reprints, and are not autographed by Amelia or Hap. Envelope is authentically signed by her and Arnold, though Beckett only authenticated the Earhart signature!
