Boldly signed by Lincoln. Countersigned by William H. Seward as Secretary of State. With a blind embossed seal of the United States at the lower left. Robinson served as Minister to Peru from 1861-1866.



Condition: Flattened folds, with minor foxing throughout and edge toning. There are some small areas of soiling at the lower left and right edges. Overall good.
