This will come with a letter of provenance from Shaquille O'Neal, which was signed and witnessed by Beckett which include a Beckett hologram. This item is not autographed. This trophy is clear glass, but it was photographed with a black background, which is why it appears to be darker. The light from photographing makes the first image appear a corner is missing, but it is intact, which can be seen easier in the second photo.
